Paragliding in Bir Billing became popular as the destination is very beautiful and charismatic, located in Kangra of Himachal Pradesh. This place was first discovered by a foreign tourist. The Billing small grassland, situated on the top of the mountain is nearly 14 KM away from the village Bir. Billing is nearly 2400 meters high from the sea level. Down the hill of Billing, there is a beautiful Bir Valley comprising several small other villages with many big and small water streams, Fields and dense green forest of pine and other trees. This place has favorable conditions for aero-sports.
Barot and Bir Billing are considered to be the adventure destination of India and is one of the most visited best places in India. The town is well connected via road from Delhi and other neighboring states of India. Tour Destination: Delhi - Bir - Barot - Billing - Delhi
Travel Duration: 04 Nights/05 Days
DAY 1: DELHI - BIR (Approx 550 kms/12 hrs)- In the evening drive towards Bir- a quaint town in Kangra valley.
Overnight journey by car/bus.
DAY 2: BIR - BAROT- Arrive at Bir. After freshen up drive to Barot. Transfer to the hotel. In the evening take outdoor activities and later visit Reservoir of the Joginder Nagar, Hydel Power Project, and Trout Breeding Center.
Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 3: ANGLING IN UHL RIVER – RAJGUNDHA CAMP- After breakfast move for Trout Angling in Uhl River. Later drive to Rajgundha enroute visit Nalouta and Baragaon village. From Baragaon start trekking to Rajgundha, the place is named as such because it has a lot of open and flat space in front of it which is full of fields and flat space is much sought after luxury in the hills. Enjoy the night with bonfire and dinner at Rajgundha Camp Site
Overnight at Camp.
DAY 4: RAJGUNDHA CAMP - BILLING- After breakfast start trekking to Camping site at Billing Valley (World famous Paragliding take off point) enroute Hanumangarh. Transfer to the camp. After freshen up take on camping activities and local sightseeing. Enjoy the night with bonfire and dinner.
Overnight at Camp.
DAY 5: BILLING - BIR - DELHI- In the morning enjoy Paragliding Tandem rides from Billing and landing at Chougan/Keori. Visit Bir Monastery, shop at Bir market. In the evening depart towards onward destination.
